Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@saramaa.com within 2 days of delivery.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and details on how and where to send the product. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item within the 2-day return window. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
